CORPORATE TEAM + GROUP HEADSHOTS

 

Updating your team's headshots is an important step to maintain your company’s professional and consistent appearance. These photos are typically taken at your office, featuring a simple background or other workplace setting. Individual headshots and group/team photos can be captured during the same session. Good lighting creates a clean and polished look. Alternatively, they can be shot outdoors to take advantage of natural light for a more relaxed setting.

TEAM STUDIO SESSION

$500 base fee + $200/pp

Professional headshots for each staff or team member set against a plain backdrop with studio lighting.

  • On location at your business or other interior location

  • 1-hour setup time

  • Minimum 10 people for staff/corporate sessions

  • Up to 10 min/person

  • 1 outfit/look*

  • Variety of poses

  • PDF proofs for selections

  • 2 retouched images/person + $50/additional edited image

*A jacket, sweater or scarf can be an easy way to add variety.

TEAM ENVIRONMENTAL SESSION

$300 base fee + $200/pp

Each staff or team member photographed individually, in a more casual setting–either at your office or other pre-determined location.

  • 1 Indoor or outdoor location

  • 1 hour setup time

  • Minimum 10 people for staff/corporate sessions

  • 10-20 min/person

  • 1 outfit/look*

  • Variety of poses

  • PDF proofs for selections

  • 2 retouched images/person + $50/additional edited image

TEAM GROUP SESSION

$600 (+ $200/additional hour)

Capture your team of two or more with a nicely composed and well-lit photo. On location using natural light with studio strobe if needed.

  • 1-2 indoor/outdoor locations

  • 60-90 min onsite including setup

  • Minimum 2 people for group sessions

  • Variety of groupings and poses

  • PDF proofs for selections

  • 2 retouched images + $50/additional edited image

FAQs

  • We will book a consultation in the weeks or days prior to your shoot so you have time to coordinate everyone’s schedule.

    For individual studio headshots, schedule people at 15-minute intervals.

    A typical 8 hour day can accommodate about 20-25 people after setup.

  • For on location studio sessions, it’s best to have:

    • A quiet conference room or area at least 12 × 15 fee

    • No windows or window coverings

    • AC power and Wi-Fi

    • Set-up requires up to 1-hour prior to first scheduled headshot.

  • What you wear is usually dictated by your personality, industry and/or intended use of the headshot. Here is an essential list of things to consider:

    • Opt for tailored outfits with structure that do not wrinkle easily

    • Avoid oversized jackets

    • Avoid clothing that is too tight

    • Opt for fabrics with little or no distracting patterns, such as large prints or fine stripes

    • Avoid reflective/shiny fabrics, such as satin

    • Darker colors work best against a lighter background

    • Scarves or neckties are the best way to add a pop of color

    • Jewelry or accessories should be simple and understated

    • Wear a color that complements your skin tones (bring 1-2 options if you are unsure)

    • Most importantly, be well-rested and relaxed to look your best!

    • PDFs of all unedited “proofs” are sent within 1-3 days after the shoot for selection

    • Unedited images are also available upon request for an additional fee

    • All images are provided as digital download JPEGs in both large and small format

    • Travel expenses include tolls/parking/transit within the Bay Area

  • Absolutely! I take time to find the best light and angle that suits your face. My sessions are relaxed and fun – allowing you to be at ease.

    My post-production workflow includes:

    • Expert retouching for blemishes

    • Exposure and color enhancement

    • Garment and background adjustments

    • Custom retouching/Photoshop billed at $125/hr
